 We aim to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves. We offer skilled care to our service users to help them achieve an optimum state of health and well-being. By providing high-quality service of care and assistance to the elderly and vulnerable people in our community we respect their privacy, dignity and lifestyle.

  • Treat all people supported by us with respect at all times.

  • Uphold the human and citizenship rights of all who work and visit here and all Service Users.

  • Support individual choice and personal decision-making as the right of all Service Users.

  • Respect and encourage the right of independence of all Service User’s.

  • Recognize the individual uniqueness of Service Users, staff and visitors, and treat them with dignity and respect at all times.

  • Respect individual requirement for privacy at all times and treat all information relating to individuals confidentially.

  • Recognize the individual need for personal fulfilment and offer individual programmes of meaningful activity to satisfy that need of Service Users and staff.

  • Provide continuous training for staff in the skills required for this profession and that encourages their professional and personal development

  • Maintain a strong leadership and management team that staff aspire to

  • Carry out quality monitoring of our care delivery and review our policies and procedures regularly.
